
This main section of a technical proposal shows how I convey complex information in ways that people find easy to read and comprehend. It includes tables and infographics that illuminate important concepts.

It’s the Management and Technical Approach section of a 130-page proposal I wrote for The Reddix Group, in pursuit of a place on the CIO-SP3 Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. It incorporated content from nine companies on the contract team.
It was submitted to the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center for review, and although the contract team’s effort was unsuccessful, the proposal was complimented by the team members for its readability and clarity.
